Good morning, and welcome to the final day of the AACR Annual Meeting 2026! It’s been an astounding meeting, but we’re still not done. Get ready for two Plenary Sessions and plenty of innovative science today!
Please note that, unlike previous days, today’s Plenary Sessions will take place in Ballroom 20, located on the upper level of the convention center.
We kick off at 8 a.m. PT with the “Innovative Treatment Modalities: Shaping the Future of Oncology” Plenary Session, where speakers will explore how radioligand therapy, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), T‑cell engagers, and tumor‑infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy are already transforming cancer care.
The final Poster Sessions of the conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. PT in the Exhibit Hall. As a reminder, the Exhibit Hall closes at noon PT today, so make sure to stop by!
Today’s program includes several other scientific sessions on wide-ranging topics, including:
- the Major Symposium on Understanding the Impact of Mechanobiology on Tumor Evolution;
- the Advances in Diagnostics and Therapeutics Session Advances in Minimal Residual Disease Detection via Circulating Tumor DNA;
- the Advances in Diagnostics and Therapeutics Session Induced Proximity Pharmacology: Degraders and Beyond;
- the Advances in Diagnostics and Therapeutics Session Optimizing Efficacy While Limiting Toxicity in Immunotherapy for Cancer Treatment;
- the Advances in Technologies Session Agentic AI as the Oncologist: Clinical Decision Support and Human-AI Collaboration; and
- the Advances in the Science of Disparities Session Precision for All: Harnessing Multiomic Technologies to Eliminate Cancer Inequalities, among others.
This fantastic meeting will draw to a close with the “AACR Annual Meeting 2026 Highlights” Plenary Session, which will begin at 12:10 p.m. PT. During this must-attend session, speakers will highlight the conference’s key takeaways in basic cancer science and translational research; prevention, early detection, population sciences, and disparities research; and clinical research and clinical trials. You’ll also hear from AACR Immediate Past President Lillian L. Siu, MD, FAACR, and from us as we close out the meeting.
This final session provides a valuable moment to reflect on the meeting’s impact, besides offering ideas for exciting new directions for your own research. You don’t want to miss it!
We hope you’ve enjoyed this meeting as much as we have. Safe travels home, and we’ll see you again next year in Orlando for AACR Annual Meeting 2027!
